Blowfish was a great spot for ramen and sushi. We tried the Black Tonkotsu Ramen, the Vegetarian Ramen, and the seared Wagyu sushi. The Black Tonkotsu had a rich, flavorful broth, while the Vegetarian Ramen was light yet satisfying. The seared Wagyu sushi was definitely the highlightβ€”tender, buttery, and full of flavor. The food was served fresh, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. We'd definitely come back to try more from their menu!

My experience at blowfish was remarkable. My family and I went on a Monday evening, so the restaurant was not particularly busy. There was only one waitress and two chefs that did an exceptional job keeping up with customers while ensuring quality service and entrees. However, the most notable part of our experience was the quality of sashimi. As someone who frequently enjoys sushiβ€”sashimi in particularβ€”I can very well taste the difference in quality and freshness compared to more subpar restaurants, so this noticeable improvement made my visit all the more pleasant along with the hospitality and timely delivery. The sashimi deluxe is a dish no one should ever pass up, and I will most likely be returning this week to indulge once more. Additionally, if you enjoy more savory rolls, the wagyu roll is right up your alley. I prefer raw sushi, so it was not my cup of tea, but it is a great entry roll for those who don’t enjoy raw fish, so you may drag your friends that don’t eat sushi πŸ₯³. There are also several alternative dishes that cater to every taste, so I suggest you give this restaurant a shot. Although some reviews may suggest otherwise, I felt rejuvenated after finally coming

My friend and I visited this restaurant for the first time and we weren’t disappointed πŸ˜„. I had their calamari and wagyu roll. My friend had their tofu shoyu ramen and a classic roll. Everything was DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend.

Blowfish has become our go to spot for sushi and ramen, and for good reason. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. We have tried a variety of menu items and honestly have not found anything we didn't enjoy. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out in every dish. The drinks are also excellent and pair perfectly with the meal, though they can be a little dangerous for the wallet because they're so tempting to order. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate special requests, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. If you enjoy spicy food, you'll especially love this place because they do not hold back on the heat. Between the outstanding food, great service, generous portions, and overall value, Blowfish is an easy recommendation for anyone looking for solid Japanese cuisine.

Hands down my favorite ramen spot. The sushi is great too from the few times I’ve had it but in all honesty I mainly come here for the ramen haha. The Beef Brisket Ramen is killer and the bowls are fairly large so if you don’t have a huge appetite you can easily split a bowl. I also always get the stuffed avo. They used to be across the street, I had a slight preference to that location. Although it was smaller it was definitely more cozy. The booths are not really comfortable no lower back support. Definitely recommend checking them out! Staff is always super friendly.
